Initially, the institute appeared professional and responsive—especially during the admission process. We were counseled well who confidently assured us of quality education and even mentioned that if we weren’t satisfied, we could withdraw at any time with the remaining fee refunded based on classes attended. However, that trust was completely misplaced. After one year, we saw little academic value or improvement. The faculty seemed average, there was no clear academic structure or regular feedback, and no real engagement to track progress. When I decided to withdraw my son in Class 10 due to these concerns, I was shocked to hear that approximately 70% of the total two-year fee was already consumed in the first year—a fact that was never disclosed during admission. We were never provided a written fee structure, nor were any terms shared over email. Everything was based on verbal assurances, which now seem completely misleading. Attempts to contact the signing counsellor were ignored for weeks, and when I finally spoke to him, his response was cold and dismissive: "It’s company policy." This experience has been deeply frustrating. It feels like the institute prioritizes revenue over student outcomes or parental concerns. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no professionalism in how they handle serious matters like withdrawals and refunds. I urge other parents to be extremely cautious. Don’t go by face value or sales talk. Ask for every detail in writing. This has been a very unfortunate and disappointing experience for us."

"This institute is worst.Over crowded and most of the teachers are not working for teaching all are working as a sales person.Their only target is to take more and more admission.No personal attention.they promises to cover olympiad and personal doing session but it never happened even when we asked for olympiad class they asked us to enroll for next session then only olympiad classes will be provided.frequent teacher changes,no doubt session,just a way to earn more money is the target of this institute I really request parents check twice before enrolling your kids all the teachers are working under pressure just for more admission"
